It’s a beautiful pink lake and is in a part of the world with which I am completely obsessed. The beauty there is incomparable.”

These days, the 36-year-old socialite spends most of the year traveling for her business, Paris Hilton Entertainment, which includes her line of clothing, accessories and cosmetics. The latest addition to her line of fragrances is Rosé Rush. “I’m on a plane at least 200 days a year,” says Hilton, who splits her time between homes in Los Angeles and New York. “There really is no place like home. I consider Los Angeles my main home and it’s such a special and amazing place.”

Before becoming a “Good Morning America” co-host, Michael Strahan was a Super Bowl champion during his years as a defensive end for the New York Giants. He would later be nominated for an Emmy for his work as a “Fox NFL Sunday” analyst. Also on his list of multitasking duties: hosting ABC’s “100,000 Pyramid” and executive producing the TBS revival of “The Joker’s Wild.” In 2015, he partnered with JCPenney to launch Collection by Michael Strahan. The latest addition to his clothing and accessories line is luggage.

Modine, 27, is one of the stars of the Showtime series, “Shameless,” as well as the film, “Happy Death Day.” Based on West Coast, she says her favorite day trips are “close to Los Angeles for now, because of work. Weekend getaways consist of driving to the desert, lying on the hoods of cars and looking up at the stars. Then we go to diners for pancakes and coffee.”

I spent a good chunk of my youth at Wrigley Field. One of my brother’s first jobs as a teenager was as an Andy Frain usher at Wrigley Field. Back then, you could always get into see a Cubs game. But as relatively new immigrants, we didn’t have a lot of disposal income for things like ballgames. Or babysitters. So during the summers, while my sister worked at the library and my brother as an usher, one of them would have to take me along with them. More often than not, I would tag along with my brother to Wrigley Field, because getting to watch a ballgame was more fun than watching my sister shelve books.

Dude Bros vs. Asian Men
I do believe that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. But it’s clear that for many people, who say these offensive things, they refuse to see beauty in men who they view as inferior. More than a decade ago, I wrote a piece about Asian-American actors. And the response from women was overwhelmingly positive. But several men felt compelled to e-mail the newspaper to inform us that Asian men are ugly and that no one in their right mind would find them sexy.
