Go Away With … Georgia Pellegrini

Before becoming known as a “Girl Hunter” (also the name of one of her books), Georgia Pellegrini trained as a chef at the French Culinary Institute and worked at the Gramercy Tavern and La Chassagnette in the South of France. The chef, hunter and author — her latest book is “Modern Pioneering” (Clarkson Potter, $24) — lived in France, Tennessee and California before settling in her current home of Austin, Texas.

Go Away With … Harry J. Lennix

Besides co-starring in Joss Whedon’s critically acclaimed series “Dollhouse,” Harry Lennix has a thriving career in films (“State of Play,” “Ray” and “The Matrix” sequels). Newly married and living in Los Angeles, Lennix, 44, is an avid traveler for work and play. Though he has been to Europe, Australia and South Africa, Lennix has fond memories of Eureka Springs, Ark., where he shot the 2004 Billy Bob Thornton movie “Chrystal.”

Go Away With … Mary Steenburgen

Academy Award-winning actress Mary Steenburgen has a lot on her plate these days. Besides co-starring in Sandra Bullock’s romantic comedy “The Proposal,” which opens in theaters on June 19 — she’s the co-owner of the California home design store Rooms & Gardens (www.roomsandgardens.com) and the candle company Nell’s Compass (http://nellscompass.com/), which she owns with her daughter Lilly McDowell.
